HCF policyholders can now claim on their extras by tapping their Android devices on HICAPS terminals.

The digital card is quick, easy and convenient to claim on extras with one tap.

Eligible Westfund health fund members can now claim by tapping their android phone on HICAPS terminals instead of swiping a plastic card.  

AHM members can now claim with a tap of an iPhone or Apple Watch via the Apple Wallet.

On the 1st of April, LanternPay and HICAPS came together to provide an enhanced healthcare claiming solution for Australians.

HICAPS and LanternPay services will continue so you don't need to do anything.

TUH Health Fund and its sister company Union Health have developed new digital technology for its members in the form of a digital membership card. TUH members can now ‘tap and claim’, using their android phone on HICAPS terminals instead of swiping a plastic card.

Accredited Audiologists can now offer their patients the convenience of on-the-spot claiming with participating funds.

We’re excited to announce on-the-spot claims are now available for counselling services through HICAPS.

Physiotherapy, Psychology, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology and Dietitians can now provide telehealth service claiming for their patients and receive payments for those services over the phone.

With Hunter Health joining HICAPS, we now service 100% of Australian Private Health Insurers for on-the-spot health claiming.

A select number of participating health funds for Overseas Health Cover (student, worker or visitor), are offering their members the convenience of processing their claim on the spot through HICAPS.

Now Bupa, Medibank Private and nib members with Overseas Health Cover can have their health fund benefit processed at participating practitioners through the HICAPS terminal.
