Clickability is changing the way people with disabilities find and manage their NDIS services, with the aim of reducing the complexity for both providers and participants, through technology that enables true participant choice and self-directed decision making.

Applying to be a provider that’s listed on Clickability is easy. You can signup directly by clicking here or via the HICAPS Digital Portal by clicking ‘Connect’ on the Clickability widget and follow the Provider Sign-Up prompts. You’ll be asked to choose an account type and provide some basic information that will help you be found and receive leads. The process should take less than 10 minutes. Clickability also has a team to support you through the process!

Clickability has pricing tailored to different business needs with plans from $59 per month. For example, you could choose an Accreditation Plus account, which offers exposure for growing businesses, or an Enterprise account, which offers nationwide coverage. If your business provides a service for NDIS participants, you can promote that service on Clickability! This could include Support Work, Cleaning, Gardening, Plan Management, Support Coordination, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, and much more. 

Accreditation gives your business greater exposure, allowing you to appear higher in directory search results and receive direct leads to your inbox. With a free 30-day trial, you can experience these benefits immediately.

As an accredited provider, you will receive relevant leads via the Clickability widget on the HICAPS dashboard, email or SMS. In this email or SMS, we will provide some general information about the lead, so you can decide if you’re able to support the NDIS participant. 

To accept a lead as an accredited provider, please follow the prompts on the Clickability dashboard, in the email or SMS. You’ll be asked to log in to your Clickability account and accept the lead on your dashboard. Once you have accepted the lead, you can then reveal that participant’s contact details to get in touch with them and offer your service.

If viewing the leads via the Clickability widget on the HICAPS dashboard, please click ‘View All’ which will then take you to your Clickability dashboard (once logged in). Within the dashboard, you will be able to see the leads in more detail, and also accept the leads directly from the dashboard.

Yes, Clickability offers a free 30-day trial period.

If you don’t want to continue after the trial period, you can simply cancel your accreditation. If you do so before the trial ends, you won’t be charged anything.
