There are two ways to register a new provider to your HICAPS Terminal.

• Use the amendment form to Submit a request; OR

• Use HICAPS Digital to add provider. Sign up or Log on

If you would like to be add up to 25 separate bank accounts for either business or provider to an existing HICAPS terminal at a practice,  submit this form.

Take ownership of an existing terminal using your bank details, by submitting this form. Please note, this can take up to three weeks to process.

Notify HICAPS of changes to your business such as moving location, changing bank details, or changing your trading name with this simple amendment form .
